International Choral Festival in Normandy 2025
Discover Normandy with its varied landscapes, abundant architectural, cultural, historical, and environmental heritage that make it one of the most visited French regions, rich in fascinating history, from the Vikings to the June 1944 landings.
The D-Day landings of June 6, 1944, were a decisive turning point in the Second World War. As early as the Dieppe Raid in 1942, the liberation of France and Europe began on the beaches of Normandy.
In 2025, Normandy will commemorate and celebrate the 81st anniversary of D-Day and the Battle of Normandy. All of Normandy will honor the memory of these events and the men and women who came from around the world to liberate us.
The Normandy Festival will be included in the program for this anniversary.
The Festival will be organized in partnership with the association NORMANDS DE CHOEURS, and with the collaboration of local towns and choirs.
NORMANDS DE CHOEURS will organize choral singing workshops in 2025 for Norman choristers, culminating in several major concerts throughout the Normandy region.
