International Choral Festival in Aveyron 2027

In July 2027, Choral Events will organize a new edition of the International Choral Festival in Aveyron, now an essential event for choirs wishing to combine music, encounters, and the discovery of French heritage.
Over several weeks, choirs from France and around the world travel across Aveyron, performing every evening in different towns and villages throughout the department.
The originality of the festival lies in its itinerant nature: churches, performance halls, village squares, and heritage sites all become stages, allowing choristers to meet the public directly.
Throughout the concerts, spectators discover repertoires from all over the world: sacred, classical, popular, traditional music, gospel, jazz, and many other musical universes.
For many years, the festival has enjoyed a loyal and enthusiastic audience, particularly attached to these summer musical gatherings. During previous editions, numerous free concerts were organized across the department, welcoming ensembles from Australia, Ukraine, Spain, Hungary, and South Africa.
Participating in the International Choral Festival in Aveyron also means discovering a spectacular and preserved region: the Gorges du Tarn, medieval villages, Aubrac plateaus, vast natural spaces, and renowned gastronomy create a setting particularly conducive to a musical stay off the beaten path.
