Garwolin Choir

The Garwolin Choir

Choir presentation

The Garwolin Choir is a Polish amateur choir conducted by Radosław Mitura.

It was founded in April 2007 and consists of 23 amateur singers from the Garwolin region, a town located near Warsaw, the capital of Poland. Promoting choral music in the local community and representing the town at various concerts, competitions, and festivals in Poland and abroad are the choir’s main objectives.

This group participates willingly and actively in the cultural life of Garwolin, providing a musical setting for the most important cultural events.

In addition to a variety of Catholic and Orthodox sacred music pieces, the choir also performs traditional and folk songs, as well as light music standards.

For its members, the choir is not only an exceptional opportunity to enhance their cultural and musical education, but also to forge friendships with other people from Poland and around the world. Moreover, despite the significant work required to maintain the quality of a choir, it is also a great pleasure in a pleasant atmosphere.
