Wroclaw Academic Choir

The Academic Choir of Wrocław University of Science and Technology has existed since 1970. It is one of the university’s cultural institutions.
The choir has several dozen members, including students, graduates, and employees of Wrocław University of Science and Technology and other higher education institutions in Wrocław.
Despite the diversity of their interests, backgrounds, and ages, the members of the Academic Choir of Wrocław University of Science and Technology form a group of friends united by a common passion for singing.
The choir’s repertoire is varied and includes numerous genres and styles, ranging from early music to works by contemporary Polish and foreign composers.
The choir performs both a cappella pieces and vocal and instrumental masterworks with the participation of symphony orchestras and soloists, such as Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Requiem, and Antonín Dvořák’s Stabat Mater.
