Tori Longdon trained at the Royal Academy of Music in London, where she obtained her Master’s in Choral Conducting with distinction as well as the Thomas Armstrong Prize. Her career developed rapidly around conducting, vocal coaching, and pedagogy. Today, she is Principal Conductor of the Covent Garden Chorus and Associate Chorus Director of the London Philharmonic Choir, with which she assists in preparing programs for conductors such as Sir Mark Elder, Edward Gardner, and Vladimir Jurowski. In 2023, she gained particular visibility by participating in King Charles III’s Coronation Concert at Windsor, for which she prepared eighteen choirs from different regions of the United Kingdom. She has since handled the choral preparation for a BBC Proms concert at the Royal Albert Hall and continues an increasingly significant international career, leading masterclasses, training sessions, and competitions in Europe, the United States, and Australia.

Born in Istanbul in 1987, Masis Aram Gözbek began music at a very young age and notably sang in the TRT Istanbul Radio Youth Choir between 2005 and 2007. He then took over the direction of the BÜMK Jazz Choir, the ensemble that would become the Boğaziçi Jazz Choir. At the same time, he trained in composition and conducting: after an initial university degree in mathematics, he joined the Department of Music and Performing Arts at Yıldız Technical University, then the State Conservatory of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University for composition and orchestral conducting. His training led him to work with figures such as Tõnu Kaljuste, Dénes Szabó, Volker Hempfling, Johannes Prinz, and Georg Grün for conducting, as well as Pär Lindgren, Richard Ayres, and David Lang for composition. His own works and arrangements are performed by various ensembles, notably his work Alive, which was recognized at the World Choir Championships.

After obtaining a Master’s degree at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Ai Wu taught there alongside the famous educator Zhou Xiao Yan. She then continued her training in France and obtained the Concertist Diploma from the École Normale de Musique de Paris. A laureate of several international competitions in the Opera and Baroque categories, she has developed a wide lyric repertoire and has notably performed Bizet’s Carmen, Cherubino in The Marriage of Figaro, Dorabella in Così fan tutte, Angelina in La Cenerentola, Rosina in The Barber of Seville, Suzuki in Madama Butterfly, and the Mother in Hansel and Gretel. Since 2014, her career has taken on a strong Franco-Chinese dimension. She is regularly invited to China for concerts and galas, notably under the direction of Muhai Tang, and performs with institutions such as the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra as well as in major theaters in Tianjin, Zhengzhou, and Nanning.

Luc Coadou discovered singing early on within the Dunkirk choir school Les Rossignolets. He continued his vocal studies in Lille before perfecting his skills with Rachel Yakar and René Jacobs at the Studio Versailles-Opéra. His career as a performer then led him to collaborate with some of the most renowned ensembles on the French and European scene, including La Chapelle Royale, Les Arts Florissants, Les Musiciens du Louvre, Les Talens Lyriques, Le Parlement de Musique, La Grande Écurie et la Chambre du Roy, and Le Concert Spirituel. From medieval music to contemporary creation, he has developed a particularly vast repertoire, while maintaining a predilection for early music. This passion is also reflected in his research work, notably dedicated to lyric theater during the French Revolution. His activity as a singer has led him to perform in numerous festivals and opera houses, while simultaneously developing his work as a conductor.

Tommyanto Kandisaputra founded the Studio Cantorum Bandung Choir & Orchestra in 1991, serving as its artistic and musical director. From the beginning, his work has been driven by a desire to develop choral practice in Indonesia, both artistically and pedagogically. In July 2000, he created the Bandung Choral Society, with the stated ambition of strengthening both the quality and the number of choral ensembles in his country. The organization has gradually developed a vast network of activities: concerts, workshops, seminars, choral camps, masterclasses, symposiums, competitions, and training programs. Tommyanto Kandisaputra also became the artistic director of the Bali International Choir Festival, which has established itself as one of the important events on the choral scene in Southeast Asia. Through these various projects, he supports singers, conductors, and teachers and contributes to creating lasting bridges between Indonesian choral communities and the international scene.

Passionate about music from a young age, Alessandro Gerini began by studying piano before deepening his knowledge of music theory and harmony. His career as a singer and vocal educator then led him to explore several methods and aesthetics, from classical technique to Speech Level Singing, Estill Voice Training, and the PROEL method. A graduate in Modern Music History, with work focusing notably on diction, he develops a particularly diverse activity as a singer, teacher, choral director, and vocal coach. He has notably served as a tutor for the pop-rock exams at Trinity College London and as a professor of music and choral singing at Lorenzo de’ Medici – The Italian International Institute. This multiplicity of experiences feeds into a choral approach where individual vocal technique is placed at the service of the collective sound, with particular attention to contemporary repertoires and the bridges between choral traditions and popular cultures.
