Based in Plan-de-Cuques, the Ensemble Vocal DIVERTIMENTO was founded in 1997 by dedicated choristers passionate about music and committed to quality in choral performance.
Our association, which has continued to grow for nearly 20 years, brings quality concerts to our region and a very broad dissemination of music and choral art.
Our approach is to offer a high-level choir that meets the demands of the genre. Thanks to the talent and professionalism of our choir and orchestra conductor Carlos GOMEZ-ORELLNA, we have been able to produce performances such as Mozart’s Requiem, Vivaldi’s Gloria, Handel’s Te Deum and Jubilate, Schubert’s Mass, a program “Magnificat” by Vivaldi, Pergolesi, Pachelbel, and Zelenka, as well as a production “Grand Choruses and Opera Solos” performed in the magnificent Abbey of Saint Victor in Marseille.
