Les Bastidans Choir

Choir presentation
Le chœur Bastidan is a mixed vocal ensemble founded in 1999 in La Roquebrussanne by Michèle Caporali. For ten years, over fifty concerts devoted primarily to classical music were successfully performed under her direction both regionally and internationally.
Philippe Mopin succeeded her in 2009 and introduced a new artistic direction through an original repertoire of French songs, Renaissance songs, jazz, musicals… Over the years, shows centered around a theme or dedicated to an artist with staging have been presented to a loyal audience. Each year, numerous choirs have been invited to share particularly Christmas concerts and to celebrate the beginning of summer.
