International Choral Festival in Aveyron 2026

CHORAL EVENTS is organizing the 16th International Choral Festival in Aveyron in July 2026, featuring a rich selection of choirs and concerts that will once again delight a large and enthusiastic audience.
Aveyron, the heart of southern France, blends magnificent landscapes with preserved authenticity: the Gorges du Tarn, perched stone villages, and exceptional medieval heritage. A land of living traditions, generous gastronomy, and unspoiled nature, it offers a peaceful and welcoming way of life. It is a department where time seems suspended, amidst cliffs, rivers, and endless plateaus.
During the two previous editions, 14 free concerts were offered throughout the department, featuring choirs from Australia, Ukraine, Spain, and Hungary.
Throughout the concerts, spectators travel around the world, exploring an emblematic repertoire typical of each country, which carries the very essence of its vocal culture.
This festival enjoys great success with the public, who attend in large and loyal numbers, confirming by their presence the importance of the global amateur movement, an essential contributor to music and regional vitality.
