Montoison (26 – Drôme)
CEREBELLIA is the name we chose in 2017 for the revival of our choir born in 1986.
By digging into the history of our village we discovered that it was crossed by a Roman road called CEREBELLIACA, we found this name so melodious that we appropriated it slightly shortened.
The choir is made up of about 70 adults who come from MONTOISON and the surrounding villages.
The repertoire offers contemporary, world songs, operetta, mixing emotion and humor. For 2022, in view of a trip in April, we are preparing 2 songs in Italian.
Our life as a chorister is shared between concerts, friendly moments and travels, always for the pleasure of singing and spending pleasant moments forgetting the vagaries of everyday life, such as therapy, surrounded by a team that does not sulk its good mood.
Florian DEVEDEUX, Choir conductor
Florian DEVEDEUX, associate professor of music, directs the choir.
It manages 4 desks, or even 5 depending on the songs. The latter, chosen according to the events of the moment, are not necessarily a reflection of musical news, but rather a work of polyphony.
